A INFLUÊNCIA DAS TICs E INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL NA PRECARIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO DOCENTE

This article aims to discuss the relationship between the precarization of teaching work and the adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and Artificial Intelligences (AIs) in the school environment. Additionally, it seeks to debate the efficiency of theseresources for the educational field and who truly benefits from them. The methodology used was a literature review of articles, books, and dissertations. The study considered the challenges of the digital age in teaching work, particularly aspects such as: the need for comprehensive and critical teacher training for the use of technologies; and the impacts of poor working conditions on the health of these professionals. The results highlight the necessity for further studies to understand the potential implications of ICTs in general and the use of AIs in particular for the process of devaluing teachers' work.
