Specific Electrical Resistance of Coke as a Characteristic of its Consumer Properties

As a result of the study of coke obtained from the production charge of one of the leading coke chemical enterprises of Ukraine, it was established that the level of final coking temperatures, which ensures the formation of the required consumer properties of blast furnace coke, should not be lower than 1000 °C. The temperature level for obtaining ferroalloy coke of proper quality is lower - 900–960 °C.
