Test of Stator Material Parameters Based on Controller Side Frequency Current Harmonics and Taguchi Method
In order to overcome the limitations of the traditional hammering method to obtain the stator parameters of the motor, this paper proposes a motor parameter test method based on the controller side frequency current harmonic to excite the motor vibration and the Taguchi method. Firstly, in the MATLAB Simulink model, the switching frequency of the controller is set to 2000 Hz and 3000 Hz respectively, and the side frequency current of the controller is obtained by simulation. And make a Fourier decomposition of it, the amplitude and phase of the three-phase fundamental current and the 95th and 97th harmonic currents are obtained. Secondly, the co-simulation model of Ansys Maxwell and Workbench is established. The concentrated electromagnetic force is calculated in the Maxwell finite element model, and the load is imported into Workbench for harmonic response analysis. The initial value of material properties is set to obtain the initial value of acceleration at the characteristic frequency on the stator slot. Finally, using the Taguchi method, the mean analysis and variance analysis of the simulation results in the orthogonal test table are carried out, and the level numbers of different material properties are selected to determine the material parameters of the motor stator.
