Nonstoichiometric Nickel Oxide Films Deposited by SILAR Method on Flexible Polyimide Substrates
In this work, nanostructured nonstoichiometric translucent nickel oxide films with a stable cubic rock-salt crystal structure and a predominant orientation along the <111> direction were obtained on polyimide substrates. Thanks to the cracks formed as a result of annealing these films at a temperature of 300°C for 3 hours in air, they can be used in flexible electronics as functional elements of resistive strain sensors.
