Ternary Compounds of the $\text{BaO}-\text{Al}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{3}-\text{SiO}_{2}$ System and Heterogeneous Dielectrics Based on Them
The results of study the samples material for the synthesis of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{BaAl}_{2} \text{SiO}_{6}$</tex> have determined a stepwise reaction mechanism of the phase composition formation. This mechanism is taking place through the primary formation of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{BaAl}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{4}$</tex> with a corresponding shift in the stoichiometric ratio of the mixture ingredients and the accompanying synthesis of celsian <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{BaAl}_{2} \text{Si}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{8}$</tex>, which interact with each other during ongoing firing to obtain <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{BaAl}_{2} \text{SiO}_{6}$</tex>. Given circumstances are important for predicting the properties and performance characteristics of heterophase materials in the case of obtaining the dielectrics based on the <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{BaO}-\text{Al}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{3}-\text{SiO}_{2}$</tex> system. In particular, at synthesis of celsian ceramics is rational to have an overage of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{SiO}_{2}$</tex> in the raw mixtures, since in the case of an overage of BaO and/or <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{Al}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{3}$</tex> the <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{BaAl}_{2} \text{SiO}_{6}$</tex> formation is expected, as shown in the corresponding reaction. Technological regulation of the ratio between crystalline phases in such materials will ensure their operational reliability under the complex influence of high-voltage pulses and temperature shocks.
