A Multi-parameter Method for Dielectric Liquid Media Physical and Chemical Parameters Determining

The aim of this paper is to investigate a multi-parameter electromagnetic method for measuring parameters of wastewater from food production that are dielectric liquid. The proposed electromagnetic method is based using the relationships between the parameters of acid, alkali and mean wastewater samples and the distribution nature in the controlled samples of eddy currents excited by an alternating homogeneous magnetic field. In the electromagnetic method, it is proposed to use a non-contact electromagnetic transformer-type transducer (MFC) to excite eddy currents in wastewater samples and convert the magnetic field generated by them into an electrical signal. Using the theory of electromagnetic transducer operation makes it possible to create information redundancy and to simultaneously determine four informative parameters: viscosity <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mu_{\mathrm{t}}$</tex>, specific electrical conductivity <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\chi$</tex>, relative dielectric permittivity <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\varepsilon_{r}$</tex> and temperature <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$t$</tex> in the same control zone using the same MFC. Abstract

The methodology of this research is that, within a specific scientific approach to testing wastewater samples, it is necessary to improve the accuracy of wastewater state parameters measurements: viscosity <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mu_{\mathrm{t}}$</tex>, specific electric conductivity <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\chi_{\mathrm{t}}$</tex>, relative permittivity <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\varepsilon_{\text{rt}}$</tex> and temperature <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{t}$</tex>, by probing the wastewater samples with an external homogeneous magnetic field, which causes eddy currents to flow in acid, alkali and mean wastewater
