Research on electric life prediction of vacuum circuit breaker based on fuzzy theory

The electrical lifespan of vacuum circuit breakers is influenced by various factors such as operating frequency, load conditions, and mechanical characteristics. Traditional lifespan prediction methods often rely on formula-based approaches and single-factor analysis, making it difficult to accurately predict the lifespan of vacuum circuit breakers. To address this issue, this paper introduces a second-level fuzzy theory and constructs a second-level fuzzy prediction model that considers multiple factors, including operating frequency and load conditions. The research results indicate that, compared to traditional formula-based methods, this model considers more factors affecting the electrical lifespan of vacuum circuit breakers, thereby achieving more accurate lifespan predictions for circuit breakers.
