Early warning algorithm for electric leakage risk in distribution field operations based on insulated pole-like work equipment
In power distribution field operations, the use of insulated pole-type work equipment can effectively reduce the risk of electric shock, but in some cases, there is still the possibility of electric leakage, which may pose a threat to the safety of the operators. In order to prevent electric leakage accidents, this paper proposes an early warning algorithm for electric leakage risk in power distribution field operations based on insulated pole-type work equipment. Features related to the risk of electric leakage are extracted, and the model is trained using historical data, and the model parameters are adjusted to optimize the performance. Sensors are installed at the site to monitor the insulation status and environmental conditions of insulated poles in real time, and the real-time monitoring data are input into the trained model to obtain the leakage risk score or probability output. The warning threshold is set according to the risk score and the actual situation. When the risk score output from the model exceeds the threshold, the system will automatically trigger an early warning to notify the on-site operators and management personnel, and the notification method includes SMS, sound or other appropriate methods. The experimental results show that the early warning algorithm can effectively predict and identify the risk of leakage of insulated pole-type work equipment in the distribution site operation, so that measures can be taken in advance to avoid accidents and protect the safety of the operating personnel. In addition, by using the insulated pole work method, the replacement of electric equipment and the repair of lines can be carried out without power supply, so as to improve the effectiveness of the use of electric equipment and lines, and to guarantee the stable and orderly power supply service of the electric power system.
