RCS Calculation of Scale Model Pendekar Tank at 40 GHz
Military vehicles' radar cross-section (RCS) is critical in evaluating their stealth capabilities and radar visibility in military applications. This study focuses on the RCS calculation of a scale model of the Tank operating at 40 GHz. The research aims to provide insights into the tank's electromagnetic scattering characteristics under high-frequency radar illumination by analyzing the theoretical values and corresponding radiation patterns. A simple structure of a tank is made to estimate the calculation of the RCS value. The monostatic RCS value result of the tank's front, side, back, and top views are calculated and plotted into the radiation polar plot. The findings will contribute to a deeper understanding of RCS behavior in military applications, enabling improved design strategies for reducing radar detectability.
