Self Analysis Research on Post evaluation of Service Quality of Power Grid Equipment Suppliers Based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS
With the increasing complexity of the power grid structure and the growing demand for electricity, it is of great significance to objectively and fairly evaluate the service quality of power grid equipment suppliers. This article first analyzes the importance of service evaluation for secondary equipment suppliers in the power grid, points out the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods, and then constructs a comprehensive service evaluation index system from both economic and social benefits. Based on this, the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight is adopted to evaluate the service quality of suppliers. This model combines the advantages of entropy weight method for determining weights and TOPSIS method for ranking, overcoming the problem of subjective information dependence in multi-attribute objective decision-making. Finally, the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method were verified through case analysis, providing scientific basis and reference for power grid enterprises to select equipment suppliers.
