Low Switching Loss Multi-Vector Model Predictive Control for Grid-Connected Inverters
To further improve the current control accuracy of grid-connected inverters and reduce the current harmonic content, the three-vector model predictive control method has been widely studied. Based on the three-vector model predictive current control method, an improved low switching loss multivector model predictive control method for grid-connected inverters is proposed, aiming to reduce grid-connected current harmonics and inverter losses. Firstly, the principle of conventional three-vector model predictive current control method is introduced, and then an improved low switching frequency multi-vector model predictive control method is proposed. By reducing the switching frequency, inverter losses are reduced, and inverter efficiency and control accuracy are improved. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by simulation results.
