Research on electrocarbon double-chain coupled trading system based on blockchain
With the continuous improvement of China’s electricity marketization and carbon emission rights trading mechanism, vigorously developing new energy, accelerating the decarbonization of electricity, and promoting the clean transformation of energy structure are important ways to achieve the goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” in China. However, the current power resource allocation and environmental and climate governance still lack synergy. Therefore, this paper first constructs a linkage trading model of green power participation in carbon market from the perspective of the Dutch side bearing emission responsibility, and proposes a mutual recognition mechanism between green electricity and carbon emission accounting. The simulation results demonstrate that the green electricity market-carbon market linkage trading model based on mutual recognition of electricity and carbon can promote the clean transformation of point structure and achieve carbon emission reduction in the power system. In addition, the market means can be used to increase the proportion of clean energy and promote the low-carbon allocation of power resources, and finally achieve the purpose of carbon emission reduction in the power system.
