Impact of Cultural Integration on the Internal Administration of Pakistani Schools in Saudi Arabia

Cultural integration plays a crucial role in shaping the administration of Pakistani schools in Saudi Arabia, where diverse cultural backgrounds including Pakistani, Saudi Arabian, and other international influences interact within the educational framework. This study employed a quantitative, cross-sectional approach, surveying 460 administrators and teachers from 10 schools to assess the impact of cultural integration on communication, curriculum adaptation, and teaching practices. Statistical analyses, including ANOVA and regression models, revealed that cultural integration accounts for 54.7% of the variance in curriculum and teaching practices (R² = 0.547, p = 0.000). The findings indicate that integrating both Pakistani and Saudi cultural elements fosters better communication, collaboration, and ultimately enhancing school administration and learning outcomes. To maximize these benefits, it is recommended that schools may implement culturally responsive teaching strategies, promote cross-cultural events, and provide professional development programs. Addressing the challenges posed by differing cultural expectations will contribute to a more dynamic and effective educational environment. Keywords: Cultural integration, Pakistani schools, Saudi Arabia, communication, curriculum modifications, teaching practices, administrative functioning.
