Integrated training plan for Ecuadorian universities
Integrated management under a process approach is a high-value tool for higher education institutions (HEIs). University management in Ecuador has limitations, it is becoming more and more complex due to the increase of HEIs with the need for tools for better management. The purpose of this study is to propose an integrated Training Plan to strengthen university management in Ecuador. The study is qualitative and descriptive. A systematic and narrative review without meta-analysis of university management was carried out on 18 full-text documents. A comprehensive training plan such as the one proposed can be fundamental to strengthen university management in Ecuador, improve students' competencies, promote efficiency in academic activities, and strengthen the impact of universities on the country's sustainable development.
