The article explores sustainable development tools in managing changes within small enterprises amidst global challenges such as the war in Ukraine, economic instability, and accelerated technological transformations. Special attention is given to digitalization and smartization processes, which serve as key factors in improving the efficiency of small businesses. The impact of digital tools on business process automation, resource management, and customer interaction is analyzed. Examples of innovative solutions that enhance business adaptability to dynamic market changes are provided. The study also examines the role of government support through grants, preferential loans, and the simplification of administrative procedures. The necessity for rapid adaptation to crises through the creation of partnerships, business clusters, and the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems is emphasized. Special focus is placed on stimulating the export of Ukrainian goods and services and integrating into global markets to ensure the resilience of the national economy.
