Ülkemizde Eğitim Yönetimi Disiplininin Tarihsel Süreç İçerisindeki Gelişiminin İncelenmesi

The aim of this study is to examine the development of the discipline of educational management in our country within the historical process. One of the elements that can contribute to the scientific development process of disciplines is their interaction with other disciplines. According to the working principles, the relations of disciplines with other disciplines are sometimes divided, sometimes united, sometimes intersected. Thus, the boundaries of disciplines sometimes intersect or separate. Such interactions of disciplines have brought with them different conceptualizations. Some of these conceptualizations have been classified as interdisciplinary (interdisciplinary), multidisciplinary (multidisciplinary), transdisciplinary (transdisciplinary). Dec. In a multidisciplinary approach, disciplines maintain their own boundaries. In this regard, there is little interaction between the disciplines in terms of topics and cooperation.Dec. In this approach, the focus is on the result and efforts are combined as a result of each discipline working separately. In this regard, a multidisciplinary approach is characterized as additive. It is important for an activity or application field to gain an institutional structure in the transformation into a science field. From this point of view, scientificization and institutionalization, especially educational management and educational science, are seen as an ontological issue. It is expected that a field will have a number of developments in order to transform from an application field to a scientific field. This situation is especially important in the field of educational management and educational science. According to the Gulbenkian Commission, the elements that stand out in the scientificization and institutionalization of a discipline are the presence of the relevant discipline in universities (chair), scientific journals, scientific activities, cooperation of academics involved in the discipline and publications belonging to the discipline. In this context, it is possible to consider education management in Turkey as a discipline. In the studies, reviews and researches conducted on the subject in our country, the scientification and institutionalization of the field of education management in general has been examined through the prohibitive and supportive elements.
