A cultural phenomenon that influences the systemic thoroughness of the hierarchy of subjects of socio-economic activity

The article examines the question of a cultural phenomenon and its influence on the systemic perfection of the hierarchy of subjects of socio-economic activity, in which the enterprise plays an important role as a supporting link of the economic subsystem as a whole. Emphasis is placed on culture as a way/image of life from the position of significant influence on the systemic perfection of the entire hierarchy, based on the essence of this phenomenon itself. Culture as a way of life means a system of values, norms, attitudes, customs, and traditions that affect all aspects of people’s individual and group behavior. The authors distinguish three types of influence on the systemic perfection of subjects of socio-economic activity, in particular enterprises: constructive, neutral, and destructive. They influence each other, namely constructive to neutral, neutral to constructive, neutral to destructive, destructive to neutral, constructive to destructive, and vice versa. Moreover, depending on the specific weight of these three vectors of the nature of cultural influence in the system, they can lead to inevitable consequences over time. A constructive type of culture in the organization allows for the achievement of sustainable functioning and long-term systemic development. The neutral type leads first to stable functioning and then to stagnation in general. A destructive type of culture leads to unstable functioning and systemic catastrophes in the organization. First, a systemic crisis is formed, then a mode of problem generation appears, and only then will an anthropogenic systemic catastrophe occur. An important point is that in the case of an uncontrolled process by this phenomenon in the organization, with an increase in the specific weight of a particular type of influence in the structure of the cultural phenomenon, the consequences may become inevitable. Special attention should be paid to the neutral type because, from the position of the system of carriers of this type of cultural phenomenon, it makes up the majority, approximately 70%. In this case, if the management system does not deal with this issue, all clusters will lean towards the dominant type of culture among the last two. When a crisis occurs in the organization, the management system, for example, enterprises, will not have someone to rely on in the management object for solution issues of anti-crisis management, which always leads to negative consequences, primarily financial and economic. In particular, the management of the enterprise should understand the essence and impact of this phenomenon, and its state from the standpoint of modern conditions in a systemic sense in order to change its management systems from the point of view of search, selection, hiring, training, and development of staff. Keywords: cultural phenomenon, systemic perfection, enterprise, hierarchy of subjects of socio-economic activity, culture as a way/image of life.
