[A Case of Intrahepatic Ectopic Pancreas Diagnosed by Surgical Resection Suspecting Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma].

The patient was a 64-year-old male. During a health checkup, dilation of the intrahepatic bile ducts and intrahepatic stones were found. Abdominal ultrasound revealed a space-occupying lesion in segment 3 and significant dilation of the peripheral bile duct of B3. ERCP showed approximately 1 cm stenosis at the root of B3 and dilation of the peripheral bile ducts. Additionally, EUS revealed a stone in the proximal bile duct of B3. Based on these findings, a diagnosis of intrahepatic lithiasis and intrahepatic bile duct dilation was made, and the possibility of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma was suspected. Therefore, robot-assisted laparoscopic left lateral sectionectomy and cholecystectomy were performed. Pathological findings showed intrahepatic bile duct stones, proliferation of periductal glands, and ectopic pancreatic tissue consisting of pancreatic acinar cells and ducts.
