New Written Novel’s Architectonics: the Narrative’s Features and Evolutionary Status of the Dilogy “Aisanat” by A. Urusova

Introduction. The structural and substantive components of the novel and its transformations are analyzed in the article. Research methods: historical-typological, structural-descriptive, comparative-contrastive, narrative, biographical, hermeneutic. Results. The formation of a new matrix of the cultural state in the first decades of the Soviet reality determined a special form of large-format prose, the attributive feature of which can be considered the combination of parameters of utilitarian, ideological and revolutionary-educational texts of the era of the Soviet government’s formation and the sufficiently developed literature’s qualities. The above directly relates to the North Caucasian authors’ works, including the Karachay writer Aminat Urusova (1911–1995). Her novel-dilogy “Aisanat” is an autobiographical work, officially dated to the 60-70s of the 20th century, however, according to a number of signs, it can be argued that the novel’s text was created over a long period of time and one of its parts falls on the pre-war period: the presence of signs of a chronicle novel, which was in trend in the Soviet literature of the 30s of the 20th century, testifies in its favor. Therefore, the author’s work can be attributed as a special typological variety of the new-written Soviet novel, presented mainly in the literature of the peoples who did not have developed writing before 1917 and were subjected to the total deportation during the Stalin’s rule years. The study of the figurative structure’s architectonics, the structural and content components, syntax and speech richness of the language, found in the episodes and final chapters marked by a professional approach, allows us to come to the conclusion about the representative evolutionary shifts of the novel narrative of A. Urusova.
