A personalized virtual training method for human-machine safety interaction oriented toward human-centric manufacturing
The development of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 5.0 has made it crucial to prioritize personalized human-machine safety collaboration. Safety training can effectively reduce and prevent safety incidents during human-machine interactions. However, current training methods for operating manufacturing equipment are passive and do not consider personalized differences in individuals' basic knowledge, learning abilities, and operating habits. Therefore, this article proposes a personalized human-machine safety interaction virtual training method tailored for human-centered manufacturing based on the GSK industrial robot training platform. The proposed method involves developing a framework for establishing a personalized virtual training system for human-machine safety interaction, researching knowledge-based personalized training plan generation and similarity-based virtual-real model matching, investigating training process recording and result analysis, and finally, developing and experimentally validating a prototype system using Microsoft's mixed reality device HoloLens 2.
