TOPOGRAPHIC AND GEODESIC ENSURING THE ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF TERRITORIAL AGROGEOSISTS
Considering the probability of increasing anthropogenic load on agrogeosystems, which is due to the need to meet the growing needs for food and raw materials, the need to provide them with ecological safety, which is achieved through effective management, is obvious. For agrogeosystems, the location of its components in space is of great importance in relation to centers of processing and consumption of products, transport routes, labor resources, energy bases. In this context, an important issue is the development and justification of criteria for the sustainability of the functioning of agro-geosystems, both economic and ecological.Among the economic criteria, we can include a comparison of the productivity of agrocenoses and production costs in certain ways of organizing the economy, as well as the data of the economic evaluation of land and the rationality of the use of land resources. In modern conditions, one of the effective ways to solve this problem is the creation of information systems based on modern geoinformation technologies and the use of remote and ground observation data. The development of space information technologies created the necessary prerequisites for the construction of a qualitatively new system of geoinformation provision of society. The main advantages of creating an infrastructure of spatial data of agrogeosystems are: reducing the costs of collecting, processing and maintaining geodata, improving the quality and efficiency of data updating, an additional effect due to new technologies for combining data from various sources and remote access to them, which will ensure public and equal access to national geoinformation resources to state, commercial organizations and the public. The impact of digital technologies on the development of topographical and geodetic activity determined the need to transition from the infrastructure of cartographic production to the development of infrastructures of geospatial data, and the economic and ecological criteria for the functioning of agrogeosystems, which perform a single target function - obtaining a targeted amount of agricultural products, is possible only under the condition of using up-to-date, available topographical - geodetic information about agrogeosystems.
