Research of a Taro Combined Sowing Device Based on the Fischer Board Innovative Design Platform
In response to the low degree of automation in the current agricultural planting of taro, this article designs a fully automatic taro mechanical planting equipment based on the Fischer innovative design platform. The equipment mainly consists of three main systems: a land preparation integrated system, a silo transmission system, and a film covering and opening integrated system. It can achieve multiple operation modes such as manual or remote, and adopts a linkage and buffering structure in the local area. At the same time, multiple monitoring devices are used to feedback the status of the vehicle body, infrared sensors reflect the amount of taro in the silo, and visual technology is used to judge whether there are obstacles ahead. The intelligent detection system motion, transmission, operation speed and other related situations are also detected, so that the equipment can work stably, continuously and in a closed loop. The design not only improves the intelligence and efficiency of taro planting equipment, but also can drive the improvement of local economic level.
