Variable Step Size Volterra FXLMS Algorithm
Due to increased noise pollution active noise controllers (ANC) are implemented in audio devices. However, during operation, these controllers are affected by the system's nonlinearity. This resulted in a nonlinear ANC (NANC) system. Here a novel variable Volterra filtered-X least mean square (VAVFXLMS) adaptive technique is put in place for the NANC system. The suggested techniq dynamically adjusts the step-size, altering it proportionately to the instantaneous error during weight updates. The proposed VAVFXLMS algorithm's convergence curves are analyzed for periodic, nonminimum, and minimum phase models.
