Design of Parallel Force Measurement Loading System Based on ANSYS

In order to determine the influence of different parallel schemes of sensors on the stability of the whole model and the accuracy of the measured force value, eight parallel force measuring instrument models were established by SolidWorks. The finite element analysis of the models of different schemes was carried out by ANSYS, and the corresponding total deformation, stress and force values were obtained. The analysis results show that the sensor arrangement is sparse and symmetrical according to the center point of the chassis, which can make the whole mode more stable, and the force measurement error can be controlled within a few tens of thousands. The optimal solution is selected in the theoretical analysis, and the theoretical and practical errors are analyzed in the actual test. The results reveal that when the three sensors are placed in “pin font”, the difference between the sum of the measured forces of a single sensor and that of the parallel sensor is merely several ten thousandths, which is within the acceptable range.
