On Big Data in Weibo: Dynamic Data Analysis Based on Mathematical Model
As a barometer of Chinese online public opinion, Sina Weibo generates huge amounts of data every day with the emergence of hot topics. A mathematical model of partial differential equations with time variables has been introduced to study the dynamic changes in Weibo data. The purpose of this article is to track and analyze data related to two hot topics: the surge in gas prices in Chengdu and Chongqing. Through preliminary analysis, a mathematical model based on the characteristics of changes over time has been established, namely the nonlocal integrable equation, specifically the nonlocal Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation with the fundamental partial-rogue ripple lump chain solution. By selecting an appropriate solution, this model simulates and explains the full-cycle evolution mechanism of these two hot topics as they erupt simultaneously, influence each other, and ultimately merge into one. These research findings facilitate an understanding of the dynamic changes in massive Weibo data.
