Research and Implementation of Assembly Sequence Planning for Array Antennas Based on a Hybrid Algorithm
This paper presents research on a key technology in virtual assembly based on array antenna assemblies: assembly sequence planning. In evaluating assembly sequences, four factors are comprehensively considered: assembly feasibility, assembly redirection count, tool change count, and assembly stability. A fitness function is constructed for sequence evaluation. In terms of algorithm implementation, a hybrid intelligent algorithm combining differential evolution and simulated annealing is adopted to balance global and local search capabilities. MATLAB simulations are conducted to verify the proposed method, successfully identifying the optimal assembly sequence, and a comparative analysis of the hybrid algorithm’s convergence performance and optimization results is provided.
