The Application of Blockchain Technology in Hospital Information Management and Security

Medical data sharing is of great significance, but there are still problems such as sharing difficulties and privacy leakage. Aiming at these problems, this paper proposes a safe sharing model of medical data to realize the privacy protection and sharing of medical data. Furthermore, in order to enable medical institutions to reach a consensus safely and quickly and speed up the efficiency of data sharing, this paper proposes an improved consensus mechanism applied to the alliance blockchain, and finally realizes the safe and efficient sharing of medical data. In addition, this paper has carried on the performance test to the medical data sharing process of the system. Combined with experimental analysis, it can be seen that the hospital information management system combined with blockchain proposed in this paper has good results and can promote the construction progress of smart medical systems.
