Analysis and Research on the Operation Model and Economic Market Mechanism of User Side Integrated Light-Storage- Charging Project
This article proposes an economic calculation method for user side integrated light storage and charging projects. Based on the high granularity data of 8760 hours of actual mining load, a total of the 35040 units are collected every 15 minutes. An accurate economic calculation model for coupling wind and solar energy storage and charging multiple energy factors is constructed to achieve overall estimation of the new energy in the early stage and expected operating income calculation. After preliminary determination, the investment return curves for different energy storage capacities can be obtained under the conditions of 1073kW charging pile and 600kWp photovoltaic capacity. When the energy storage configuration capacity is greater than 200kWh, 300kWh, and 400kWh, the IRR of the energy storage portion of the project's revenue is negative. Integrated projects rely entirely on light and partial revenue to compensate for the energy storage losses, and it is better to allocate less energy. When the energy storage configuration is 0kWh, the maximum internal rate of return of the project is 9.96%, and the payback period is 7.33 years. The construction investment for the Ben-guang storage and charging project is 3.445 million yuan, with an initial investment of 689000 yuan in self owned capital. The total investment return rate of the project is 6.49%, the internal rate of return is 9.40%, and the investment payback period is 7.58 years. It has certain profitability, with an average debt coverage ratio of 1.42 and an average interest coverage ratio of 6.25. It has the ability to repay debts and is generally economically feasible. To meet maximization of benefits for photovoltaic storage and charging projects, and taking into account the difference between photovoltaic output and the user load, as well as certain poor storage benefits, it is recommended that the storage capacity of this project be 100kW or less.
