Research on the Method of Obtaining Head Motion Trajectory in High-Speed Collision Based on Euler Equation Algorithm
The motion trajectory of dummy in automobile collision test is one of the important indexes to evaluate the risk of dummy collision injury. Generally, it is obtained by the second integration of the acceleration curve of the dummy's head, but the calculation result of this double integration method for the movement of the big rotating head dummy is very inaccurate. Therefore, this paper puts forward a calculation method of head motion trajectory based on Euler kinematics equation algorithm. The collision simulation model of the test vehicle is established, and the correctness of the algorithm is verified by the frontal collision simulation test, which can be used to extract the head trajectory.
