Auxiliary System of Fan Blade Maintenance Based on Augmented Reality Technology

This research focuses on the auxiliary system of wind turbine blade maintenance based on AR technology, aiming to solve the problems of low efficiency, high risk and difficult information management of traditional wind turbine blade maintenance. The system overlays the blade maintenance knowledge and operation process on the real scene in the form of three-dimensional virtual information through AR technology, providing intuitive operation guidance for maintenance personnel. At the same time, the hololens2 device is used to realize high-precision 3D tracking registration and multiple interactive modes such as gaze, gesture and voice, so as to improve the user experience. The system constructs the knowledge base of blade maintenance, and develops the process flow parser to realize the intelligent recommendation and dynamic update of maintenance information. In addition, the system also integrates the remote expert guidance function to ensure the quality and safety of the maintenance work. This research not only has important theoretical significance, but also provides new ideas and solutions for the maintenance work of the wind power industry, and promotes the healthy and rapid development of the wind power industry.
