Research on Aviation Route Optimization Model Based on Dynamic Programming
This paper addresses the problem of aviation route optimization in constructing an aviation network model, the specification of air traffic control protocols, data acquisition and preprocessing, the design of dynamic programming model structure, algorithm training, and parameter optimization, and proposes a dynamic programming-based aviation route optimization algorithm. First, according to the aviation network model and the aviation route optimization, we obtain information about the traffic and capacity of key nodes and segments. Second, we propose a strategy for dynamically adjusting aviation routes to eliminate the congestion of aviation routes. Third, a dynamic programming model is developed to accurately depict the optimization problem of aviation routes, considering the impact of traffic flow, weather, and control protocol based on the dynamic nature of air traffic flow. Finally, this study builds an aviation route optimization system based on a dynamic programming algorithm. Simulation and experiment prove the effectiveness of the proposed dynamic programming algorithm.
