AUTOMATION SYSTEMS FOR MANAGING RELATIONS WITH COUNTERPARTIES IN CONSTRUCTION

The article examines the application of LowCode and NoCode platforms for the automation of business processes in the construction sector, with a special focus on commercial relations with counterparties. The study is based on the analysis of the economic effects of the implementation of these technologies, and also evaluates their potential for increasing the overall efficiency of enterprises. A significant place is given to the integration of modern technological solutions, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, which contribute to the comprehensive automation and optimization of various aspects of company activity, from logistics to personnel and financial management. Special attention is paid to the possibilities of LowCode/NoCode technologies, which reduce technical barriers and facilitate rapid adaptation of systems to changing market conditions. The analysis makes it possible to determine key directions for further scientific research and practical implementation of relevant technologies in the construction industry.
