CONCEPTUAL AND THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF TRANSFORMING THE ENVIRONMENT OF A CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT PROJECT TO A DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM FORMAT
The article reflects significant changes in the way projects are managed, emphasizing the importance of integrating digital technologies to improve the efficiency and transparency of construction processes. The digital ecosystem of a construction project combines various innovative tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing and Big Data to create an integrated environment that promotes process optimization and productivity. The basis of the transformation is the concept of ecosystem interaction, where the construction project is considered as part of a dynamic network that includes various participants: architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and customers. Interaction between them is carried out through digital platforms, which allows coordination of actions in real time and provides access to relevant information for all interested parties. Using BIM as a central tool of the digital ecosystem allows for the integration of data on all stages of the project — from design to completion of construction and operation. This significantly reduces the time and resources spent on correcting errors, increases the accuracy and quality of work. The theoretical foundations of digital transformation include such aspects as adaptability and flexibility, which allow you to quickly respond to changes in market conditions and customer needs. The digital ecosystem allows you to automate many routine processes, increase the level of control over costs and deadlines. In addition, the use of big data analytics and AI-based forecasting helps to identify risks in the early stages and eliminate them in a timely manner, which reduces the overall risks of the project.
