Experimental research on attenuation and activation characteristics of molecular sieves
Abstract The attenuation and activation characteristics of a kind of zeolite molecular sieve were studied by using the control variable method. The experimental results showed that water absorption shortened the adsorption time and greatly reduced oxygen production, and the properties of sodium zeolite were relatively stable. Under the three activation methods, the peak oxygen concentration of the product gas increased by 0.62%~8.5%, but the oxygen production performance could not be completely restored. XRD results showed that high temperature and high humidity could cause irreversible changes in the internal structure of zeolites. Therefore, in practical application, the inlet temperature and humidity should be fully considered, and the water-absorbing molecular sieve should be treated in time.
