Study on the deformation measuring method under tensile loads of silicon nitride Fiber-reinforced quartz ceramic matrix composites in the High-temperature environment of 1,100°C
Abstract With the adoption of the Digital Image Correlation (DIC) method in the high-temperature deformation measuring under tensile loads of silicon nitride fiber-reinforced quartz ceramic matrix composites, a deformation measuring technique suitable for the high-temperature environment of 1, 100°C was established. In the high-temperature tensile experiment, a high-temperature furnace was used to heat the sample, and an electronic universal experimental machine was used to apply tensile loads to the sample. A visual camera system equipped with filters was used to measure the deformation of materials at high temperatures. A comparison was made with the data obtained from the contact strain test, and results indicated that this non-contact optical measurement method is simple in principle, highly anti-interference, and highly accurate in measurement. It can also be used to measure the deformation of materials under thermal mechanical loads and holds good prospects in the aerospace field. CLC No.: TB96 Document code: A
