Design of human factors in civil aircraft maintenance for airworthiness safety and analysis of aviation accident cases
Abstract This paper briefly describes the vital role and development history of maintenance human factors in the continuous airworthiness process of civil aircraft. It innovatively proposes four key elements of maintenance human factors (maintenance accessibility, maintenance safety, maintenance error prevention, and maintenance simplicity) and their design methodologies. Analyzing the causes of related aviation accidents using this method validates its feasibility and suggests measures to prevent similar accidents, thereby enhancing the design level of aircraft maintenance human factors.
