Mathematical model of the customs clearance process taken into account of customs risks

The article discusses the issue of modeling a multi-stage process of customs clearance of goods for foreign trade. A mathematical model for controlling the process under consideration has been developed. A brief overview of existing methods for solving the linear programming problem with variable coefficients of the objective function is given. The essence of customs risks was studied and a trigger model was developed for the process of interaction of the main tasks of managing foreign trade operations using risk management methods. As a result of the implementation of the algorithm for the implementation of this model, significant effects were obtained to prevent customs risks and arrears of customs payments to the state budget.
