On a Stefan problem for a reaction-diffusion equation with Dirichlet condition

In this paper, we study free boundary problem for a reaction-diffusion equation and Dirichlet boundary condition, the model describes the spreading of chemical substance or species. To solve the problem, a priori estimates of the H¨older norms are established. On the basic of a priori estimates, the existence and uniqueness of the solution is proved.
