Scenario Lawan Bumbung (Empty Box) In Regional Elections: A Study Of Islamic Constitutional Law

Candidate pairs against empty roofs (boxes) are a phenomenon that also accompanies the simultaneous elections, In his sense, fighting against empty roofs does not mean empty ballot boxes. Of course, this research is very important because the author explains it in a detailed study of Islamic constitutional law and then the difference with other research, which in his research is a juridical study of the victory of the empty box in the general election of regional heads in Indonesia, which focuses more on the juridical study and the process of implementing the Election based on the laws and regulations related to the Election of candidate pairs against empty boxes. This study has the main purpose of explaining the Blank Pilkada Perspective of Islamic Constitutional Law, The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research contributes and understands a deep insight into the Blank Box of the Regional Elections: Legal Perspective of Islamic Constitution, and provides a basis for further reflection related to the use and policy-making in understanding the phenomenon of democratic elections, not only ritual, but also from the aspect of benefits and community participation. Therefore, its presence is necessary to safeguard religion and is an integral part of Islamic constitutional law.
