DEVELOPMENT OF SOLUTIONS FOR THE DRYING PROCESS OF RAW MATERIALS OF LOW-POTENTIAL

Effective solutions for the use of low-potential secondary energy resources (VER) in high-temperature technological processes can relate to various areas related to the production of process steam, heating of buildings and structures or drying of raw materials used in the technological process. The paper provides an example of the use of VER heat to stabilize the humidity of raw materials by drying them synchronously with the sieving process with the release of a given granulometric composition. In order to determine the rationality of the proposed solution, an aerodynamic calculation of the pipeline was performed in 3 different variants, draft equipment for moving warm air along the hot air movement path was selected, the need for thermal insulation of air ducts for transportation to a screening device was considered. In conclusion, three options for supplying hot air to a vibrating screen in which the raw material is dried are presented. The results of this work can be used in production processes to improve the energy efficiency of the production system and the rational use of heat.
