Una metodología reflexiva para la formación transnacional de profesionales paralegales

For some time now, a way of conceiving legal professionalism in terms of significant interchangeability and dynamism has taken shape, both in our nation and in the countries around us, outside the traditional mechanisms of its exercise known until now, well through free exercise through collegiate professionals, or through legal competitions. With a plurality of access routes, involving various University Degrees that currently exist, and even being possible from routes framed in Professional Training close to administrative staff, this contribution addresses an overview of such a complex issue from a legal pedagogical perspective.
