Research on Environmentally Friendly Two-Phase Integrated Fracturing Fluid
The integrated fracturing fluid with sand reduction is the core technology to solve the current shortage of fluid in the current large-displacement and large-volume construction mode. The current reversed- phase emulsion thickener solves the problem of instant solubilization, but contains a large amount of organic solvents, which is easy to cause environmental pollution. Through the dispersion polymerization process, a two-phase aqueous drag reducer without organic solvents and emulsifiers was synthesized. The drag reduction agent is instantly dissolves within 30s, the drag reduction rate of 0. 15% water solution reaches 72. 73%, In the reflux fluid with a total mineralization of 12249mg/L, the drag reduction rate is 71. 34%, the thickener solution has good temperature and shear resistance after crosslinking through organic zirconium crosslinker, strong sand carrying capacity, and the damage rate of glue breaking solution to the core is 14. 37%. The fracturing fluid system has the characteristics of “low cost, low damage, green and environmental protection”, and the flowback fluid can be recycled, which solves the contradiction between large-scale construction and complex liquid preparation process, and has a good application prospect.
