Nilai Perusahaan yang Dipengaruhi oleh ESG Score, <i>Retention Ratio</i> dan Ukuran Perusahaan

A company always wants to make a profit from its operations so that they can survive. The company will continue to strive to maximize its value to achieve its main goal. The higher the share price of a company, the greater its value, increasing market confidence in its performance and future prospects. There are several factors that can affect firm value. This study aims to determine how the influence of ESG Score, retention ratio and company size on firm value. this research is a quantitative study with research subjects in IDX listed companies that have ESG Score. Observation time 2020-2022. The sample used was 102 using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained show that ESG Score has no effect on firm value. Retention ratio and company size affect firm value
