The author analyses the proposed legal regulation of property relations between spouses. He brings forward the difficulties of the valid legal regulation of these relations and he drafts their legislative solutions. The author especially recommends the changing of the valid legal regulation of the liability for obligations assumed only by one of the spouses. Also, the author points out the neediness of a more particular legal regulation of common property administration, carried out only by one of the spouses.
