The article considers two approaches to the description of $P$-even $T$-odd asymmetries in the angular distributions of prescission \ensuremath{\alpha} particles, as well as instantaneous neutrons and $\ensuremath{\gamma}$rays: the classical one, using the method of trajectory calculations, and the quantum one, based on the quantum theory of fission. It was shown that within the framework of the first quasiclassical approach using the method of trajectory calculations it is not possible to describe at one and sometime the mechanisms of appearance of $P$-even $T$-odd asymmetries, and the second quantum approach demonstrates the possibility of simultaneous description of the presented asymmetries.
