Speed Profile Optimization for High-Speed Maglev Trains Considering the Constraint of Auxiliary Stopping Area
Auxiliary stopping areas play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and reliability of high-speed maglev train operations. In this paper, a multi-objective speed profile optimization model for high-speed maglev trains is established based on kinetic equations, considering the objectives of energy conservation, punctuality, parking accuracy, and speed limits of auxiliary stopping areas. To overcome the shortcomings of MOP-SO, particularly its limitations in solution quality, low iteration efficiency and inclination towards local optima, a refined multi-objective particle swarm optimization (RMOPSO) algorithm is introduced. Simulation results indicate that RMOPSO remarkably enhances both solution quality and iteration efficiency.
