Optimizing Early Skin Cancer Diagnosis through CNN Models
Early and accurate diagnosis of skin cancer is crucial for effective treatment and improved patient outcomes. This research investigates the potential of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) in classifying skin lesions as benign or malignant. CNNs perform well at image analysis by automatically learning and identifying intricate patterns and subtle changes within images. This capability makes them highly suitable for analyzing skin lesion images and distinguishing between benign and malignant cases. The study aims to evaluate the performance of CNN models in skin cancer diagnosis, providing valuable insights for the development of automated diagnostic systems. These systems can assist dermatologists in making more informed decisions, leading to improved patient care and more efficient healthcare delivery.
