Bi-level Optimization Configuration of Integrated Energy Systems for Combined Cooling, Heating, and Power Based on Shared Energy Storage Aggregators
In the context of “dual carbon” goals, traditional energy systems are no longer sufficient to meet sustainable development needs. Therefore, a two-level scheduling strategy is proposed that considers both economic and environmental performance to enhance the power system structure, promote the utilization of various renewable energy sources, and improve energy conversion efficiency. Firstly, a new shared energy storage aggregation mechanism, aimed at coordinating the operation and profit mechanisms of shared energy storage units, is introduced. Subsequently, the battery sharing scheme is then applied to the integrated energy system, and a two-layer planning model is established based on different time scales. The upper-level model targets annual investment and operation & maintenance (O&M) costs, while the lower-level model focuses on optimizing daily operation and maintenance costs. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed bi-Ievel optimization model is validated through specific numerical examples.
