A Time-Window Scheduling Method for Green Logistics Vehicles in the V2X Environment
Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption and high distribution cost of new energy logistics vehicles due to traffic congestion in the actual logistics distribution process. This paper firstly proposes the calculation method of road congestion coefficient, and combines the actual operation of new energy logistics vehicles to construct a nonlinear energy consumption model of new energy logistics vehicles considering traffic congestion; then, a mathematical model of green vehicle path optimization with time windows in the V2X environment is constructed by considering the relevant constraints and taking the optimization objective of minimizing the sum of fixed cost, time cost, and travel cost.; finally, based on the above model and combined with the improved Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search algorithm, we propose a green scheduling method for new energy logistics vehicles considering the time window. Experimental results show that the scheduling method in this paper can effectively reduce the distribution cost of new energy logistics vehicles, and the cost reduction is more significant with the increase of road congestion.
