Design of Motion Control System for Automatic Pusher Robot

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, industrial automation, and mobile communication, intelligent devices, represented by robots, are gradually integrating into people's work and life. This study focuses on the problem of grass accumulation in cattle sheds on ranches, and designs an Automatic Pusher Robot that can significantly improve production efficiency and reduce personnel labor intensity. The research content covers aspects such as dynamic model construction, automatic switching of multiple navigation methods, motion control methods, automatic charging, and safety protection. The research also involves motion control methods to ensure stable and precise movement and operation of robots, as well as efficient implementation of human-machine interaction, to achieve accurate understanding and response to the needs of the upper computer. Finally, to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the robot, the study also includes safety protection measures such as avoiding collisions with cattle and preventing misoperation. After careful testing, the robot's various functions are running normally and the expected goals have been achieved, providing a comprehensive innovative solution for Automatic Pusher Robot in animal husbandry cattle farms.
